FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally an estimate, (subject to change) as I am unable to give an accurate qoute without seeing the project up close to gauge the time, amount of labor, and materials needed to complete the task. While the price can increase, it can certainly decrease as well. If the task is simple enough and doesnt require a lot of time, or labor, I've dropped my estimate. I look to be fair and reasonable with my customers while simultaneously competing with the markets prices. It's a delicate balance that I work diligently for the customer to be happy and satisfied with and remain in business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I'm straight forward. Tell me what you need to be done and I will do my very best to get it done for them at a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been educated and trained by the Labor Technical College/Carpenters Training Center and continue to receive education and training in my career as is necessary and required by law.
