We had an emergency, so I decided to come on Thumbtack. When I saw his profile and read the reviews, I had to reach out. I’m honestly glad I did. Rick is AMAZING! He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. Rick is a guy that’s going to tell you the truth by being genuine and not try to sell you something you don’t need. Within 20 minutes he was at our house(on a Sunday) to fix the issue. Our drains are back to normal all because of Rick. He is 100% reliable and I’m going to tell everyone about him! Rick - is not only professionally, he’s trustworthy and reliable. In our townhouse we had a main water valve break (thankfully in the off position, but it meant NO WATER coming into the house) and called Rick last second when no one else could figure it out. Not only did Rick figure it out, he showed up and found the location of the outside main valve, which not even the property manager could do, and assessed our needs with ease. He was amazing! Unfortunately, once he found the outside valve it was completely buried due to lack of appropriate maintenance so our problem became the developers problem to fix. But even with not being able to actually get the job, Rick was kind and generous with ideas on how to help us speed up the developer’s efforts. He was a saint! After almost 48 hrs without water, we needed one! Rick is our “go to plumber” from now on. Absolutely no doubt in our minds about who you should call for your plumbing work... Rick!
