New Air Tech was very quick in sending Dan to fix our problem with our thermostat. The technician Dan Moran is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue and fix it fast. Very happy with their service. Definitely recommend them.

Put in a request through the app and within ten minutes, we were scheduled for a next day appointment. They came out, identified the problem very fast (electrical component failures) and were able to replace the parts right there on the spot. My central air unit has to be almost 20 years old so it was surprising to have it all able to be done same day! Thanks y'all!

Of course my A/C breaks the first 90 degree day we have. Andy responded to my request quickly and had a team come early the next day. They explained the issue and rather than fix it (and possibly having to continually do so) I opted to replace it all. Financing options made that an easy decision. They were accommodating to my schedule and were able to get the work done the next day. Andy called to check in a few times (tell the crew I apologize again about the dog getting out) and his crew worked tirelessly all day to get me back up and running. Thank you.
