The size of the project and scope of work determines pricing. The clearer you are about which services you need (design, construction drawings, permit, etc), the more accurate the pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask questions about the size of the project and services needed. The next step is to see the site in person with the client and find out more about the scope of work. I can then give the most accurate price for the project.
