The job was to replace Bath tile (floor and bath tub) and additional small handy jobs at home. Marco did not do the job as a professional. His motto was "I always do a great work I don't go there to take your money and walk out. I'm a professional who will do the job right once and I'm honest and I don't want to just work for few dollars and go but build a relationship with you and many clients I have encounter so hopefully we can work together not just on this job but future ones...." Is not true, the tiles he put on the floor are not even the grout came off, i called him to fix, he did come and tried to re-tile but did not do the job. The tiles grout is still coming off. I called but he is not answering, left a vmail and sent text message but to this day no response. In addition, he replaced the old shower faucet with a new one, water is still dripping from the new one and its too tight to open. The back splash tile on the bathtub is also uneven and cut shorter than the 4x4 , we could not get the 4x4, so he suggested 6x6 and he will cut it to the right size, he over cut the tiles.-it does not look nice. All the other small jobs at home he did were also not professionally done. Overall, he might have the tools but doesn't know how to use them and always tries to over rush the job. I put trust in him to do a job but what a total terrible experience it was.

I would like to gather as much information over email or phone, then I would like to meet where job would take place confirm price perhaps sign a contract and start right away.

Training I've receive since I was 13 as a carpentry entry level who I'm a second generation builder. Reinforcing my career I'm also finishing up my degree in Interior Design.
