From talking to Sasha on the phone on Wednesday afternoon till Tony and his assistant removed my hot tub on Thursday it was just about 24 hours. The crew did a fantastic job, showed up on time, and when they left it looked fantastic!! I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish it was not a 5-star experience, it was more like a 10 star one!!!
