- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer multiple pricing options with our wide array of package choices. Our session fees range from $75 to $89 per session depending on what package you choose. We also offer group rates for even more money saving options! Consider your personal history. Have you spent a lot of money on gym memberships only not to go? Have you gone to the gym but don't know exactly what to do when you get there? Do you lose motivation after a while and find yourself skipping workouts? GYMGUYZ provides the convenience of bringing your workout to you...wherever you are! We tell you exactly what you need to do to get results. And you only pay for your convenient, customized and creative workouts. There are no membership fees, no initiation fees and no hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Things first start with an initial consultation phone call where we learn background about our prospective clients. Then this would be followed by a FREE comprehensive assessment. This first visit includes the following: - Body Assessment (body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, body mass index, visceral (belly) fat and body age). - Nutritional Assessment - Fitness and Performance assessment - Goal Setting -Recommended plan At this time we would match our client with the appropriate trainer and the trainer would begin programming and training with the client, constantly asking for feedback, measuring progress, and tracking results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our fitness coaches are all nationally certified. In addition, they complete an intensive GYMGUYZ training course on site in our corporate office as well as follow-up training by the owner-operators. Our fitness coaches are required to keep their certifications updated by complying with continuing education requirements in accordance with individual certifying bodies.
