FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $22.00 per hour and can provide weekly, monthly, or even quarterly training plans specifically tailored for the individual. Prices vary, but I offer competitive options for everyone's tailored needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer that I meet with a client at their location of choice, preferably a running trail or trail. It is important that I get an understanding of the client, their needs, wants, and goals. The first session would consist of a warmup and drills, followed by a running form critique session where I would evaluate their foot strike and running gait. This analysis is crucial to prevent injuries and correct any imbalances. Afterwards, I will inspect their running sneakers and make suggestions, if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my four years of active duty military service, I have trained many soldiers to either improve their running performance or meet goals that were previously thought to be unachievable. I am currently a Drill Sergeant in the Army Reserve and I train and mentor soldiers on an individual level up to a company sized element, consisting of over 200 soldiers. My experience speaks for itself. I have qualified for the Army Ten Miler team on Fort Benning numerous times and have competed in races ranging from the mile up to the marathon, all trained by myself. I currently hold three endurance related fitness records with the 75th Ranger Regiment and have improved since.
