Introduction: I have a passion for creating delicious food, for me cooking is a true expression of love. I grew up helping my dad in the kitchen and have sharpened my skills over the years. I enjoy cooking a large variety of cuisines from Moroccan to Mexican. The dishes I make are not only tasty but I am always considering healthy variations that are packed with fresh produce. Most of all I really enjoy cooking for others and I would love to share my passion with you! I like to play with different flavors and techniques while cooking, for me cooking is edible art. There are so many different ways to approach a dish, with different textures and spices there is always a way to create something new. I couldn't be happier with the service and food quality Victoria provided when she cooked for me and my 7 friends. Victoria has a vivacious personality and working with her is a pure joy. She made my dinner party more fun, and took the stress off of me in my planning stages! Her cooking is delicious. Get the pesto - best pesto of my life (we had as part of a charcuterie). For the entrée, I had a Chipotle Lime Chicken Soup. It was hearty and just right on a cold day. Victoria cooks with a lot of flavoring, spices and sauces, and the results are scrumptious. For dessert, we had a baked apple tart with oats and home made syrup on top. Also delicious. Without a doubt, I'll call her for my next event.

Victoria was very accommodating, flexible, and responsive while planning for our event and provided enough food for 30 people. Not only is Victoria's cooking phenomenal and extremely tasty, she is a dream to work with. Her positive energy and cheery personality made our event even more of a success. She even showed me how to make her specialty spicy tuna spread that is now a staple at my house. You must also try her pesto- it is to die for!

I am a self trained cook and I aspire to keep learning through my experience. I have worked in some incredible restaurants in the Boston area, and have always had an insatiable desire to learn about food and cooking. I have been cooking for friends and family over the last 10 years and I am continuously trying to expand my knowledge in the kitchen.
