- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Recurring business (weekly or bi-weekly) discounts are available as we will be maintaining a level of cleanliness that over time maximizes the efficiency of our work and so we pass that savings on to our customer. Monthly or one-time service is our regular low price to ensure we clean to your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we onboard a new customer our priority is listening. We take an initial view of the customers needs virtually and then when we come on site we ensure and clear up any concerns about the job upfront. No customer like surprises and we make every effort to understand the client’s needs to ensure if we come back that we can hit the ground running since we already know the expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over a decade supporting commercial and residencial customers (albeit in another country) and that experience speaks volumes when it comes to satisfying our customers.
