Introduction: For many customers a plumber is a guy who fixed that leak or snaked the drain. Every time I am in someone's home, I try to leave a mark. I will test my work vigorously to make sure that there are no leaks. I clean up after myself. I'm neat. Most of the time my piping work or repair stands out and the difference is clear. And I fix plumbing problems on too. I like meeting people of all walks of life, hearing their issues and concerns, and fixing their plumbing problems.

Marvelous! I called him to come and fix what I thought was a plumbing problem with my AC unit, but which turned out to be a problem with the unit itself. He wouldn't take payment for the visit. And he is so incredibly friendly (as was the man with him) and easy to talk with. They didn't even blush when I started cursing about my broken air conditioner. ;) Can't recommend them highly enough. (We first worked with him last year when we had a problem with our kitchen sink drain. We were so impressed that we called him for this problem, and will continue to call him in the future.)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly attending seminars and classes about new plumbing systems and materials. Just recently, I flew out to Minnesota for a radiant heat seminar. The plumbing & heating field is always changing. New products and energy efficient equipment are constantly entering our market.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into plumbing because I wanted to do something that was needed everywhere. After I started, I really liked going from house to house fixing people's problems, meeting people from all walks of life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My area of expertise is very wide. I get a lot of calls to fix leaks or repair drippy faucets. I do a lot of drain cleaning. I perform bathroom remodels and kitchen renovations. In the winter time, many people have heating problems and I have to troubleshoot why bedrooms are not getting hot and so on.
