I had a problem with my wall oven.Called Ross Repair and spoke with the owner Nathaniel and scheduled an appointment.He showed up on time and was extremely polite.He went right to work and found the problem almost immediately(thermal fuse).He had the part on his van and in no time had my problem fixed.I would highly recommend his service as his price was better than fair and was very knowledgeable.Will call him again for any future repairs A+++++
