FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for our services. In the beginning of each calendar year, our family meets to discuss pricing. Some prices go up; some go down; and some stay the same. After those prices are decided, we offer many different discounts. We also offer package deals (more than one service=less money per service).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is ask questions about their event and personal vision. We need to know the type of event; age range of guests and host/guests of honor; location; and the host's ideas for music. People often ask us what type of music we play and whether or not they can send a playlist. The answer is yes, you may send a playlist, which we will discuss and offer recommendations. We are professional, experienced DJs, which means we know the type of music that gets people up to dance and have a good time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional DJs don't need formal education, and there's no certification. Our family pooled our knowledge, experience and talents together to become this business and we trained each other over the years. It's mostly based on talent and proper equipment. Our Photographers have gone through training, and our Caterers have degrees. The bartenders have been certified to tend bar. We carry the necessary insurances. Our office staff have college degrees and extensive business experience.
