David built the home I currently live in 14 years ago. Actually it was a total remodel of a house built in 1935, certainly more difficult than building new. It was reconstructed with the personal pride of Dave and his crew who were on site everyday. There was constant communication toward the materials and methods selected that affected the esthetics and livability and yes the cost of building my home. Dave and his crew were diligent during their time on site offering suggestions that made the build more enjoyable toward the future.
Frequently family, friends and visitors comment on the design and individual touches that make this home.
To this day Dave will call just to make sure all is well.

Dave McCann built our home in Wall Twp. The project took about four months from start to finish. Dave was always available for questions and his work is inpeccable. Dave did the work within our budget. When the home was finished, there were no surprise bills. His attention to detail makes him a true craftsman.
A friend of ours is a custom builder in Bergen County. While down the shore on vacation he stopped by to look at how the construction was going. After about an hour of hearing how well constructed and neat the job was he told us that he was glad that Dave didn't do work in North Jersey.
Anyone we have recommended Dave to over the years has been very satisfied.

A great experience with David and his team of skilled employees. They have done a number of renovations for me including my kitchen and basement. The workmanship was flawless and finished in the time frame David quoted. Would highly recommend.

Dave completely redid my home in Manasquan taking it down to the four exterior walls and adding a 2nd floor in 2004. After Sandy wipeout my first floor I called Dave and he was there in less then a day. He then completely redid my first floor.
We are now getting ready to elevate our home and our General Contractor again is Dave. I would not have anyone else work on it. He and his crew are excellent craftsmen and can be trusted with anything left in your home.

Dave built our primary home, which survived Superstorm Sandy virtually unscathed, as well as two complete renovations of our other houses which were destroyed by Sandy. All were extremely well done and finished on time and on budget. Working with Dave is a true pleasure and we recommend him, his crew and his work without reservation.
