Bob Lechner saved our home and my family's Easter. We had our pipe burst while we were out all day with our boys. I came home to almost a foot of water in my 1st floor. It was 9 o'clock at night. I thought my boys' Easter party was going to be cancelled and we would be stuck in a hotel. I called my insurance company, and then I contacted Mr. Lechner. He came out within 20 minutes. He got to work and dried out my house. He was soooooo considerate of our family. I thought my floors, furniture, and walls were ruined. Bob reassured us that everything was going to be okay and it was better than okay. What started out as a nightmare last week, could not have gone better this week. He saved our house and our Easter. If anybody has ANY ISSUE with a water problem, call Bob at Puroclean. He was a God send to our family.

Mr. Lechner was extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. My home had a extreme cat odor problem, especially right outside the front door. His treatment eliminated the odor exterior to the house and did a great deal to lessen it inside. While the odor was not completely eradicated, the house was full of furniture and there were things he just could not move on his own. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Every job and circumstance is different. Mold is different than smoke, which is different than water and biohazards. Each has complexities and even two water jobs will be completely different
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification has many qualifications and is recognized by the insurance industry. As a franchise, these certs are available to us at a greatly reduced rate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have experience working on construction projects around the world for almost 20 years as a US Navy Seabee. In 2012 our home and vehicles were devastated by Hurricane Sandy along with thousands of other people. This is when we realized how we could be of service to our friends, neighbors, and community with our experience. Our goal is to provide outstanding service and advice. We are a locally owned veteran business and we try to employ military veterans.
