My two experiences with Treck America have been wonderful. Jena and his team are highly professional and have extensive experience working on a myriad of workout machines. I needed help assembling and then servicing my personal Nordictrack elliptical. Jena was very flexible and drove into the city and quickly and safely completed both jobs. Am definitely planning on using Treck America for all future maintenance/machine repairs and would highly recommend others looking for a trustworthy and high quality gym equipment service to do the same.

Jena and his team installed an Elliptical for us. They were very professional, starting from masks and social distancing to the care in moving the elliptical to 2nd floor! Jena explained the basic controls and usage as well as maintenance instructions.

This team is excellent, they diagnosed the issue qith my treadmill and provided recommendations clearly and gave detailed options and were not pushy at all. They spent a fair amouny of time cleaning and maintained by old treadmill!! Would certainly be using them again and woild highly recommend them.

We do offer discounts when there are 2+ units have to be assembled at the same location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our introduction with the customer, I will ask necessary questions to understand their needs and goals. Will try to be flexible and accommodating to their schedule. The most important key with a new customer is communication and building confidence in our expertise. Because our customers - are our best references.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am and my technicians were certified by major Fitness Manufactures: Precor, Woodway, LifeFitness, True, Octane and others.
