- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts when there are 2+ units have to be assembled at the same location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our introduction with the customer, I will ask necessary questions to understand their needs and goals. Will try to be flexible and accommodating to their schedule. The most important key with a new customer is communication and building confidence in our expertise. Because our customers - are our best references.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am and my technicians were certified by major Fitness Manufactures: Precor, Woodway, LifeFitness, True, Octane and others.
