Keith and The Chalmers Construction Crew helped us with a full gut renovation of our late 1800's house, plus a two story addition off the back. I cannot say enough, what a pleasure it was, working with them. They do what they say they are going to do, on time, and professionally. They'll work diligently until the job is complete, even if that means late hours and weekends. Keith was absolutely fantastic about identifying small issues, and preventing them from becoming larger more costly problems throughout the whole process. In a project of this size and scope some issues are unavoidable, and we genuinely appreciated having his insight. It also saved us some serious expense down the road.
In closing, I would highly recommend Chalmers Construction for any project large or small, and Thanks Again Guys!

I initially engaged Chalmers Construction in the spring of 2014 for a substantial Stucco siding project for my home in Bergen County. I was so impressed with Keith's integrity and belief that the customer is always right that I then engaged him in the fall of 2014 to construct a 2-part addition. Keith always picks up the phone when I call, sticks to agreed appointments and does not Nickel and Dime me. I recommend him.

Keith Mishoe and his crew from Chalmers Construction did an amazing job for me, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
I had a structural issue with my home, with the support posts in my basement starting to crack and split apart. A structural inspector told me it should be fixed, so I searched on Thumbtack for help. Keith Mishoe came over right away, and gave me a very reasonable estimate, which I felt comfortable with because he is also an engineer, so he knows what needs to be done. He gave me two possible ways to address the problem, so that I could have some pricing options. Then he took care of everything, from equipment and supplies to clean up, and even some touch up painting! He had to dig out two footings, pour concrete, and install two steel posts...and it was all done in just two days!
Keith and his team were prompt, friendly, and efficient. I was impressed with their professionalism and the high quality work they did for me so quickly. I will definitely call on Keith again for future repairs or remodeling, and I have complete confidence in his company. When you need work done in your home, safety and honesty are so important. Keith is an engineer and a former Marine, so you can be sure he knows what he is doing, and will give you a fair price for an excellent job. Highly recommended!!!
