- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our visits are based on time spent, so a 30 minute visit will always cost the same with no additional fees for extra pets or add-ons for providing medication etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a range of pet care services including pet sitting, dog walking and purchase/adoption assistance. Many clients first get in touch with us to help with dog training and behavior problem solving but then continue to use us for our other services once the training is complete!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get in touch through email or phone and arrange to meet before committing to anything. It is vital that you all get along and you feel comfortable and happy with the person you work with as they will work closely with you and your family. Anyone who refuses to meet with you first or insists on a consultation fee isn't the person you are looking for.
