Introduction

Hi my name is Shay Perry Phelps! I have been bartending in hospitality since 2016. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry since 2009 while in college. Hospitality became so important to me that I decided to switch my education major to focus on hospitality which I still do today. Due to COVID-19 I have been displaced from doing what I love to do the most which is to service. I have now taken matters into my own hands to fulfill the void I’ve felt since not being able to interact with new people and share laughs and conversations with. For me this is more than a business this is much more like a lifestyle. So many bonds are built at and behind the bar. I am grateful to be one of the people that help to bring those experiences together. I take pride in learning new drinks and blending together great recipes. I can provide straws, cups, napkins, garnishes & alcohol if necessary. Along with that I can supply a black or white portable bar if needed at no additional cost. I enjoy creating specialty drinks that are sure to wow the crowd. Depending on the number of guests I can also provide additional crew. Help me help you create the wow factor in your event today!

Shay was more than just a bartender for me. She was anxious to help in any way she could. I love her attention to detail as well. She smiles at each guest that she came in contact with. All of my guests were bragging to me about how personable she was And where did I find her. Things that I didn’t even think of she mentioned to me to make sure that my event lacked nothing short of a good time. At first I wasn’t even considering a bartender I was going to have people make their own drinks. But I am so happy that I chose her to assist me with that because I was able to relax and just enjoy my time

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer liquor packages along with my hourly fee or flat rate fee. If my client is providing the alcohol then I will assist in providing the napkins ice and glassware along with my fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with the 11 years in the service industry and I also have a certification in bartending.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The best thing about bartending is that there is no cap on the people you meet. I can take care just about anyone who drinks even non-alcoholic crafty beverages for minors.
