- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have packages that include paper products and condiments and pair two to four menu items together for convenience or you can order the items and visually impaired and yourself with no paper products or condiments unless it's stated on the menu. The prices do not include tax and delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure they know what they are getting. Explaining the menu and choices and pricing. What is and is not included. Answering any questions they have. Then giving the price after choices have been made.
