Gus called me back promptly when I was looking for a plumber through Thumbtack. I had four toilets to fix in my house and he was first on the job. He diagnosed all and got to work. It was a Friday night and he stayed until 11pm, getting the parts that were needed, finishing the job and cleaning up afterwards. He patiently answered all my questions. I will call him back for my HVAC maintenance and use him as my regular plumber.
