- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the space and the level of cleaning needed. We offer fair, completive rates for one-time and recurring services, with no hidden fees. We occasionally off discounts for first-time clients, large spaces, or bundled services. We're always transparent, you'll know exactly what to expect before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions to understand your space and cleaning needs. Then, we offer a walkthrough, either in person or via FaceTime to assess the job and provide a custom quote. Once approved, we schedule your cleaning, show up on time, and leave your space spotless. We follow up after the services to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our co-owner, Esmil German, is a certified HVAC Engineer with advanced technical licenses including EPA 608 Universal Certification, Q-01/Q-99 Refrigeration, and more. This background gives us an edge in post-construction and commercial cleanings, sanitation, and product safety.
