Wemerson and his team re-finished my whole house in Princeton Junction and also installed hardwood floors in one of the living rooms. They did an amazing job and were very professional. I shopped around from 3 other companies and decided to go with them. They were competitive as well as professionals and Wemerson knew his work. Would highly recommend them.

I am so so happy with the work that the team at Masters floors LLC did for us- they replaced all the floors in our home, and they came out absolutely gorgeous! From the start, the team was honest and transparent about what could/couldn’t be done, and what would look good or not. It was imperative that the job be completed on schedule as I am pregnant and needed to make arrangements to be out of the house for sealing the wood, and we had to schedule our movers in advance to move our furniture before and after the work was completed. I worked with the owner to establish a schedule, and he stuck to it- bringing in extra help when needed, working through the weekend without me even asking, and sending me pictures along the way to make sure we were happy with everything. They even ended up finishing a day early, which is unheard of! I don’t think I’ve ever had a renovation done where we actually complete on schedule let alone early- and the job was extremely high quality, no corners were cut. The owner was also extremely responsive to my emails and texts (and I sent a lot of emails and texts!) answering all of my questions, giving suggestions, and working with us to ensure we got the end result we wanted. He was extremely transparent about costs, breaking out materials vs labor, giving me options around timing to purchase materials based on when tariffs were expected to go into effect, and ensuring all materials were ready and on site in order to meet the schedule we had agreed to. He even proactively mentioned that once we had agreed and finalized the scope of the job, we could talk about a discount, which we did. I was able to trust the team with keys to my house to complete the work while we were away, and they sent pics of the progress and let us know how things were going so we felt informed. Once the job was completed and we were back home, I noticed a small area where I wanted to add molding that hadn’t been done, and upon notifying the team, they came out first thing the following morning and fixed it for us. We have done a lot of renovation work in our house in the past few years and it always feels like a nightmare dealing with our contractors- having to redo work that was done incorrectly the first time, not staying on schedule, exceeding costs we agreed to, etc.- but this was not the case this time! I was so pleasantly surprised and happy with the job that was done by Masters Floors- I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. If you are hesitating to book with them, just do it, you won’t regret it!

Wemerson and the crew did an amazing job removing the 40 year old carpet and refinishing the beautiful oak floors that were underneath. They did 5 rooms and a hallway and it is beautiful. There was some repair work to be done in a few spots - you can’t even tell! Wemerson maintained excellent communication with me (I live about 30 minutes away), his estimate was accurate and fair, the floors look AMAZING. Everything was neat and tidy when they finished and he is a nice guy to talk to. I highly recommend Masters Floors for all of your flooring needs.

Masters Floors did an excellent job! He arrived prompt, removed old carpet and worked fast! I was skeptical about coming on here to find someone, but Mr. Wemerson was just perfect! He was very responsive and helped us pick out wood flooring! He’s great! Book him! We love our new wood flooring and it was done perfectly!
