You hire me because you and your guests want to have FUN! You want to dance the night away to the best songs from all the genres you want to hear. With over 10 years of experience as a professional DJ, I can tell you that there is no one size fits all playlist for each and every event that I do. No two gigs are the same! It's what makes DJing so fun for and challenging to me, because every party is different and no two clients are the same. I approach each and every event the same way with the same amount of passion. I am a one-man show and incredibly easy to work with and you can give me as much or as little direction as you'd like. I do that by meeting with my clients in person to get to know their likes and dislikes so that we can work together to craft the perfect playlist for your event! Music is my passion and my passion is my music. I got into DJing because of my love for ALL kinds of music and my strong, burning desire to share it with everyone. I take great pride and satisfaction in knowing exactly what music people want to hear and allow them to dance like no one's watching. If you are looking for a DJ who will go to the end of the earth to make your dreams come true, choose this guy. My now husband and I had a very different venue- a yacht and DJ Vinny did everything and anything to logistically make the music work for the venue. He met up with me multiple times, toured the venue, even purchased additional equipment to ensure he could fulfill all of my crazy requests. Aside from being a very caring and comforting person, he is also an AMAZING artist! He let us customize the playlist to what we wanted and through some great mixes in throughout the night. He helped me make some decisions for my day that based on his experience were some of the best suggestions! I really can't say enough about Vinny. Other than if you pass up working with him, it would be a total loss!!! Love you Vinny, seriously you made our day!

First, I must say that after working with Vinny, I want to keep him as a friend. He's professional, easy to work with, extremely personable and funny. I didn't have a set playlist going into my wedding reception - just a few "must hears" and "must not hears." After giving Vinny an idea of how the afternoon would flow, he made some initial recommendations for songs he would play during cocktail hour, dinner and the reception. Not only that, but he also provided more than 500 songs for me to consider, including many remixes I hadn't heard before. We had a few conversations along the way to refine the list and he totally helped get my husband and me pumped up for our reception while counting down the days! Our guests ranged from early 30s to 80s and everyone was more than pleased with the music. Many guests pulled me aside to tell me what a great DJ Vinny is and I'm sure many told him the same. The most important thing to me is that Vinny took the time to put himself in our shoes and envision the right music for our big day. He even got my husband out on the dance floor more than once (and he DOES NOT dance)! Vinny was also great with a few on-the-fly "game time" changes, including an impromptu serenade. If you're looking for a DJ to help make your special event memorable, look no further. -- Wendi

Vinny was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. Right from our first call with him, we felt very comfortable. Throughout the whole process, he made the time to come meet with us on numerous occasions, to better understand us and our expectations. He also came to our venue with us beforehand to ensure that there wouldn’t be any issues the day of our wedding. We had some crazy requests and contingency plans due to weather, and he went along right with it. The day of our wedding he was there before to setup and made sure he was ready to go. He nailed everything we asked him to do, and threw a really good time. We had a lot of people coming up to us during the event saying “I love your DJ”. We don’t have any bad things to say about Vinny, and could continue to go on and on about him. My recommendation? Meet with him. You will really like working with him, and we would totally work with him again.

Vin was great from start to finish. We had several calls before our wedding, to go over expectations and music. He even went to the venue beforehand to scope it out and meet the staff to prepare for the big day. The day of, he set up early and did a fantastic job. He kept the party going, was a great MC and was not pushy or obnoxious like some DJs. This is the DJ you want for your next party for sure!

Pricing depends on the gig and length of the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I PREPARE. When I have a meeting set up with a new client, it is because they need my musical expertise. My thorough preparation starts from my first correspondence with the client or from the moment they are referred to me. I work with them on the goals of the event, atmosphere, clientele and desire to dance. From there we work on building the most efficient and fun selection of songs.

I hold DJ certification of completion from Dubspot in New York, NY.
