his service is excellent. quick response and contacted me before hand to make sure everything is ready, and job is well done. However, Kenneth's rate is $75/hr from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Anytime beyond that will be $110/hr, and he charges from he leaves home until he returns home. I wish i knew this before i made a later afternoon appointment with him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part the jobs are priced by a quote or something by the hour one man and truck which is called T/M jobs which is time and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process to come out and see what needs to be done and time frame to complete the job and then I work up the cost to get the done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in all pipe and structural steel and can make any thing custom from carbon steel or stainless steel and aluminum.
