What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly following up with the latest CEC's from ACSM, NASM and all the other top certification boards. I like to stay up to date on the latest and best products, new training modalities and study the best nutritional information around.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I want to give back to others. I know how hard it is, so I have an amazing amount of empathy and understanding for my clients. I love what I do, whether it's a group setting or one on one, I wouldn't ever want to do anything else with my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I wouldn't say that anything is "common" considering it is all based on the individual. One thing that is common and will be the same for all is the fact that every client will be pre-screened prior to participation, and we will continue to re-screen every 4-6 weeks so that the client can see their progress and so that I can re-evaluate what we may need to change, if anything.
