Working with Sandy and her staff was a pleasure. We recently completed a home office, master suite and closet. The creative use of space used every square inch makes our home so much more efficient and even seems larger. They were always very professional and prompt in getting back to us with answers to any questions I had on the project. We purchased all items through Realm and used her vendors to complete the work. Having all of the project management handled was comforting and quite a bonus as my own work schedule is demanding. Sandy and Realm exceeded my expectations.

I have worked with Realm Designs on two projects. A kitchen renovation (space plan, finishes and all new cabinets and fixtures)and an entire new family room (furniture, built ins, window treatments, rugs etc). Sandras attention to detail and ability to transform the spaces into what we had dreamed of was key. When I think about all of the costly mistakes I could have made going it alone, I know it was so worth it to hire a professional like her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee for a project or can work on an hourly basis. I am flexible and able to tailor my fee structure to be cost effective to my clients individual needs. My discount off of the retail cost of good 10 - 40% because I am a direct dealer of hundreds of stock and custom lines. My design is so thoughtful and comprehensive that my clients save time and money. My design fee is easily offset with the discounts I can extend.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to the University of Delaware and graduated with a BS in Human Resources specializing in Interior Design, FIT in NYC AS in Interior design. I am a NJ Board of Architects certified interior designer. My love for art and design transitioned me into this creative and often technical career choice early on in my life. My credentials,awards and experience give my client peace of mind. My passion has grown each and every year. Having years of experience in high end commercial work has been an asset to my residential design skill.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Interior Renovation plans to optimize a clients home. Kitchen and Bath Renovations- Includes all products from the cabinets, tile and stone, appliance consultation, lighting Provide comprehensive design presentations for the entire home. This includes furnishing choices, decorative window treatment designs, window shades and blinds, bedding, area rugs, lighting, art, murals and decorative painting.
