- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, pricing depends largely on the difficulty of the job, how high are the ceilings, what details are in each room (complicated moldings like crown molding), what are the existing conditions of the walls and what are the existing colors, what colors are going to be used. What type of spackle work or water damage is there.

Wallpaper removal, sheetrock repair, custom interior painting. Basement floor and garage floor painting. Powerwashing, repairing and refinishing decks.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a lot of questions, find out how long they have been doing this type of work, ask for references and find out if they are insured.
