- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for cat sitting and small critter sitting is $18.00 per a visit for up to three pets. All dog sitting is $20.00 per a visit up to two dogs. Prices are subject to change depending on extra care that may be needed through the course of the visitation which will be discussed at our preliminary meet and greet. The care provided in the fee includes, feeding, fresh water at every visit, daily litter box care, dog walks, bringing in mail, alternating lights, watering houseplants(outdoor extra), cleaning up messes and taking out garbage and of course playtime with the furries!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically if a new customer would like services, I set up a meet and greet in which I get to meet and interact with your pet(s). We go over care arrangments, fill out some paperwork and set up a schedule for services. A week before services are expected to start, I will contact the customer and discuss any changes in care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been veterinary trained in administering diabetic injections and giving subcutaneous fluids. In order to provide this service, the pet's temperment is taken into account. All of my employees have taken The Red Cross Pet First Aid and CPR program.
