I usually don't write reviews but I feel that my consulting experience with Chris Traynor last year was important for me - and therefore might be important to you as well. I'm a successful independent author with two novels and one children's book. Additionally, I have experience in course design and executive teaching in the corporate world. In the Spring of 2013, I was contracted to create a special learning experience for our State and City Police Forces in the area of community interaction. I hit a roadblock when it came to creatively integrating the separate lesson modules and, after asking around, I received Mr. Traynor's name from a friend. I spent the next 3 months working closely w/Chris - mostly by phone and email. I instantly felt at ease with his communication style (friendly, supportive) and his questioning ability got us quickly to the heart of the matter each time we talked. The investment I made with him made a significant difference in my course and in the positive response I received, thanks to the good fortune that was offered me through the ability to "rent" a piece of Chris Traynor's whip-smart mind.

I have known Chris for many years on a variety of levels both personal and professional. He's provided exert consulting advice to me and my staff when I was president of a small college, as well as personal career guidance to many family members including my college aged children. Always great advice!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise anyone looking for this kind of "core" assistance to take their time and interview a potential advisor in a comprehensive fashion. If that person grows impatient with your questions, then clearly, they are NOT right for you! Personally, I appreciate that anyone would take that much time in speaking with me about their challenges AND about what it is that they need/value in a professional relationship.
