What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each and every job is different so we do not have set pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to meet for an in home estimate to review all aspects of the project. We them email a typed up proposal for the work discussed. From there, if we are hired, we discuss scheduling and further details with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified ICPI installers.
