- What types of customers have you worked with?
Bartending: - 1 Experienced, professional, and welcoming Bartender - All the necessary equipment for bartender to work the bar efficiently (pourers, wine key, shakers, strainers, etc.) - 4 hours of pouring (on average) - 1 hour for set up/clean up (1/2 hr before; 1/2 hr after) - Beer, wine, Basic mixed drinks with liquor and chasers provided - Research and Execution for Up to 2 specialty drinks - Necessary contact to bartender (email and phone) up to the day of event Wait Staff: - To provide a Wait Staff for (x) hours - Wait Staff to set up food for buffet style serving - To keep food replenished - To provide minimal clean up including but not limited to bagging plastic utensils, plates, cups, and napkins. - To breakdown buffet stands at the end of event.
