Charles is the best personal trainers I’ve ever worked with. He is friendly, very responsive, and incredibly flexible with his time. Every session is different, challenging, and fun. Charles is my first ever personal trainer and has made the experience great so far. The workouts have all been tailored to my goals, fitness level, and past injuries, and he goes above and beyond that by sending me workouts to do when I am away, or over the weekend. Charles has such an uplifting personality and is always encouraging. Highly recommend!!

Yes, there are trainers and then there is Charles…a personal trainer in it’s true sense. I have a 17 yr old teen and when I hired Charles, my objective was to create a compelling time in my son’s daily life where he could focus on self care and improving physical strength. What I got from Charles is much more than I had really expected. Charle’s individualized approach, understanding of a teenage brain psyche and his scientifically designed workouts have done wonders for my son. While his physical strength, stamina and endurance has dramatically improved, more importantly, Charles was able to inculcate some really important lifestyle habits and routines in my son which are truly value added.

Charles is a great personal trainer and I have enjoyed all the sessions. He's an excellent person to work with and he keeps motivating me to workout. I have been too lazy to do anything but ever since I started working out with him, I have gained more energy and I feel happier. I'm certified through the american council of exercise. I'm certified also with trx,bosu,rip training,pre-natal,training for warriors,tabata bootcamp
