I hired Historic Vally Home Improvement to put on an addition and gut and rebuild a home in Wyckoff NJ. Mike had a great vision for what was needed. I received a reasonable estimate very quickly and the work was completed on time and as described. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the job as well as the quality! Mike from HVHI came to us after a contractor left us with a HUGE disaster. Permits that were supposed to be filed, weren't, the job was behind, Mike came in with his crew and was able to take a disaster and turn it into a beautiful project. We recommend him to as many people as we can. He was prompt, always able to be reached for communication and stayed in budget. Really can't say enough. Very pleased with the service.

Construction is a very fluid industry. Prices go up, prices come down. We must prepare for slow times while also being prepared for a flood of quotes.
