We hired Building Paradise to install all of the black oak cabinets in our kitchen. What a beautiful and meticulous job. We have an old house and being handy homeowners who have ourselves installed a bathroom, tiled, etc., know all too well how difficult it is to work with a room and walls that are not square and a floor that is not level. Building Paradise's workmanship and attention to detail was incredible, making up for our house's quirks to ensure a perfectly level and completely secured kitchen. We highly, highly recommend this company. Not only is the work top-notch, the owner as well as his workers are professional, sincere, and extremely nice to deal with, the prices are fair, and, last but not least, the work is done when promised. As this is a full-service contracting company, we will definitely be utilizing its services again and again for many years to come.

Projects done: Bathroom update Kitchen counter tops &mislaid granite installed, tiled backsplash replaced Hardwood floors installed Front door replaced Damaged walls repaired, painted Front walk replaced All work completed beautifully and on time. Workers were polite, considerate, and easy to have in my house. The owner was either here working or stopping by daily to check on the progress. It was a very successful and pleasant experience.

As homeowners, one of the most difficult decisions we make is selecting a contractor to perform work at our home. We meet many contractors in our search. We do our best to evaluate each contractor that we meet for quality, knowledge, reputation, price, etc. but we recognize that we are not experts in any of these areas. Over the past 20 years of owning a home in Paramus, NJ, we have selected many contractors for a variety of large projects; Fencing (2), Deck; Landscaping, Irrigation, Swimming Pool, Shed, Patio, Additions (2), Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Pavers, Hardscape, Water Feature, Cabana/Shed. Looking back, some of or contractor selections have been poor at best. They have left us dreading to start the process for another project. Many, on the other hand, have been satisfactory therefore restoring our confidence in my ability to get through the selection process. Then, there are a select few that have exceed our expectations. The funny part is we knew, as soon as we met them, that they would. When you were outlining your project to them, they were professional, attentive to your needs and truly showed interest. They offered ideas for enhancements, not alternatives, to what you were looking for. They offered a fair price for the work to be performed as compared to the others you received. Building Paradise is one of these select few. Olman and his crew, exceeded our expectations at every level from design, to workmanship, to clean-up. Our project was to replace a 15 year old shed with a Cabana/Shed combination. While still needing a small portion for shed storage, we were looking for a private Cabana for our poolside guests to be able to change to/from their swimming attire that incorporates seating, towel storage, with separate cubbies to for multiple guests to store shoes, clothing and personal belongings. We wanted it to have complete privacy and also be elegant enough that our guests would want to use it. From the sliding glass door entry, to the tile floor, to the contrast painting, to the rustic pine ceiling with a lighted ceiling fan as an enhancements that Olman offered, the finished project well exceeded our expectations. Each and every one of our guests compliments the Cabana and I am proud to personally recommend Building Paradise Home Remodeling LLC. I might also add that we have used Olman and his crew on additional projects in 2016 and expect to call upon their services again in 2017.

This contractor is excellent and pays attention to every detail. They installed a custom railing on the stairs in my backyard. It was not an easy job, given the layout of the stairs and associated area. The contractor has all the tools necessary to customize the job for your particular needs and does it at a reasonable price. They do the job as if it were their house they were working on. Also, they were punctual (on time) and cleaned up after they completed the job. Hard to find good contractors these days. This contractor knows his job and knows how to treat a customer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, experience has taught me that even the smallest details can transform a simple job into a nightmare. I normally like to inspect all actual conditions surrounding the area of work and then I'm able to provide an accurate price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I wouldn't say that there is just one process to work with new customers, I think every customer and every project is different but one think I have very clear, I will never compromise myself to do something that I have no experience nor idea and I think that honestly from my part is something that my customers appreciate from my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working on construction as a carpenter sin I was 16 years old and although I'm not that old, I already have 14 years of experience on the construction area.
