- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free in-home consultation to get to know you and your space. I have graduated pricing scales and discounts for larger package purchases. I also offer free services such as personal shopping with 24 hour packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial client reach out is through a phone call or email to discuss your needs. That is followed with a free 30 minute in-home consultation to meet face-to-face, survey your situation and discuss solutions and strategies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive had hours of hands-on field experience in addition to training with the American Society of Professional Organizers. In addition, I have years of personal experience renovating and redesigning on top of professional inventory management.
