The company was very responsive and arranged to come and look at my heat the day after I contacted them. Jonathan was extremely professional and was able to identify several problems quickly that had been overlooked by another company we previously worked with. He even took the time to show my husband how to change the filters so we can save money on that in the future. 10/10 will hire him again the next time we have any heating or cooling issues!

Jonathon came out to give me a quote within 2 hours of calling and was able to fit me into his busy schedule on a weekend none the less. He did a great job at a fair price. Would definitely recommend him and hire again.

I had an exceptional experience working with J.E. Solutions and I wholeheartedly recommend their services for all your HVAC needs! We recently hired them to install four mini-splits in our 1940s home, which was a bit of a challenge given the house's age and our unfamiliarity with mini-splits. However, Jonathan was outstanding throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all our questions and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the systems. The quotes he provided were not only competitive but also transparent, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out the most was his commitment to the timeline; he delivered on schedule without compromising professionalism or courtesy. Now that the installation is complete, we couldnt be happier with the results. The mini-splits operate quietly and are impressively energy-efficient. I had initial concerns about how the exterior units would look, but J.E. Solutions did a fantastic job, ensuring everything is aesthetically pleasing.Moving forward, J.E. Solutions will be our go-to for any HVAC needs. Their combination of expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly unmatched!

Jonathan installed for us a total HVAC system, converting from Evaporative cooler. He was prompt and courteous. He installed a top of the line variable speed system, which has been extremely efficient. He was very patient with us since we are not part of the techy generation!! He answered all questions. I would recommend him for any HVAC work you are needing.
