The company was very responsive and arranged to come and look at my heat the day after I contacted them. Jonathan was extremely professional and was able to identify several problems quickly that had been overlooked by another company we previously worked with. He even took the time to show my husband how to change the filters so we can save money on that in the future. 10/10 will hire him again the next time we have any heating or cooling issues!
