I came across Mr. Douglas Brenner after a long search for legal representation to open formal probate for my fathers estate failed to work due to the lack of $ to pay an attorney. I had also reached out to all the other avenues at an attept to obtain free or at the least a low fee source of representation and never recieved any responses. This is what brought me to Mr. Douglas Brenner.
He did many hours of research taking his time looking into the numerous different issues all in hopes of providing me with some kind of resolution.
Unfortunately in my case he was unable to help me. However I would recommend him to anyone in need of a document preparer. He worked hard on a situation I am finding unless you have the $ for the legal representation to be able to gain access to the forms needed to represent yourself you are silenced. The criminals will always win. This of course is no fault of Mr. Douglas Brenner he did all that he could possibly do for my situation and I know he will for anyone else's as well. I mean if he worked this hard on a situation like mine only to not be able to help me I can only imagine how hard he would work on one he actually knew he could be of assistance in.

My fees are generally more reasonable than most, and I do offer payment options to assist clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most often I like to meet once face-to-face at least once to establish a rapport. Often times I do not charge for an initial consultation, although that depends on the matter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MY EDUCATION NEVER CEASES, nor should yours. I take continuing legal education classes, talk routinely with lawyers, business owners, family and individual counselors and therapists, and read extensively. I also regularly attend trainings and seminars.
