Superior One showed up EARLY, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice when someone is on time, but 30 minutes early is even better. The lights in my son’s bedroom and bathroom hadn’t worked for about 6 months. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue and found that some wires had burned inside the electrical panel. He explained that the breaker should have tripped but didn’t, and since the panel and breakers are over 25 years old, it had become a potential fire hazard and needs to be replaced.
Chris temporarily restored the lights and then gave me a clear price for replacing the panel with all new breakers. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything and the professionalism throughout the process. I gave him the deposit and scheduled the panel replacement for the weekend.
Again, Superior One showed up 30 minutes early with the new panel and all the materials needed for the job. Chris let me know the power would be out during the work, so I stepped out for a few hours while they completed the installation.
When I returned about 3 hours later, the new panel was fully installed. Everything was working, the breakers were clearly labeled, and the work area was clean and organized. The whole process was quick, professional, and done right. I would definitely hire Superior One again for any electrical work.
