I cannot say enough about Lucero Construction. The work they did exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the work they did. But beyond that the entire crew was incredible. I have 3 children and they were so excited to see the transformation and wanted to see everything being done. Every single member of their staff was so kind and patient with them and would show them everything that was done that day. My little girl had to say good morning and good night every day and the crew made her day by interacting with her. I was kept informed daily on the progress of the project and the next step that would be taken. I was allowed to shop around for products needed (flooring, doors, etc.) and was referred to different vendors to look for these products. My property was kept clean daily by the crew. The most outstanding thing that happened was the gentleman that did the stucco work came back a week later to re do the color because he was not happy with it. Lucero Construction is an incredible company. They are dedicated to quality service at its highest level. I can say that I have never experienced this level of service EVER! If you are looking for a company that takes pride in their work and provided service beyond belief, look no further than Lucero Construction!!

Orlando was very patient and helpful in coming to my business several times as I perfected the outcome that I wanted. His estimation process seemed very thorough in that he was able to foresee the amount of work that needed to be done. His staff did just enough of what needed to be done without demolishing more than necessary which to me spoke of their efficiencys. I needed walls opened, plumbing installed and cabinetry put up. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Lucero Construction was awesome!! They did everything with the construction, nothing needed to be contracted out. Not only did they build it, they did the tile flooring, moved plumbing, painted inside & out, did the electrical work AND they were on time, professional and cleaned everything up everyday. The finished room is perfect! I definitely will use them for my next project & highly recommend them.

Initial Contact & Scheduling_ The first step is to reach out and schedule an in-person estimate so we can view the project site.
On-Site Consultation_ During the visit, we’ll discuss your project goals, answer questions, and gather the necessary details.
Written Estimate_ After the consultation, we’ll send a written estimate to your email for review.
Follow-Up & Clarifications _ You’re welcome to respond with any questions or adjustments to ensure everyone is aligned before moving forward.
Contract & Project Start_ Once the estimate is approved, we’ll finalize and sign the contract. Your project will begin on the agreed-upon start date.
