- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Scheduling_ The first step is to reach out and schedule an in-person estimate so we can view the project site. On-Site Consultation_ During the visit, we’ll discuss your project goals, answer questions, and gather the necessary details. Written Estimate_ After the consultation, we’ll send a written estimate to your email for review. Follow-Up & Clarifications _ You’re welcome to respond with any questions or adjustments to ensure everyone is aligned before moving forward. Contract & Project Start_ Once the estimate is approved, we’ll finalize and sign the contract. Your project will begin on the agreed-upon start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. Lucero Construction is fully licensed and bonded, ensuring every project is completed with integrity, accountability, and expert craftsmanship.

Construction has been in our blood for generations—our father laid the foundation, and we grew up learning the trade firsthand.
