I won't be the cheapest nor most expensive, but I will get it done that which you don't want to or can't do.

Introduction. Walk through (to detail their needs). Relay to employees with the client what is needed and what is expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained Medical Assisstant. This taught me a lot in customer services and caring.
