- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on services requested, and area of town. Introductory phone call to discuss clients needs no charge Not included in service quote : Poop clean up on property, walks not listed on invoice..watering outdoor plants, emergency vet transport .. these services are upon request, subject to scheduling availability and are fee based. The fee listed on thumbtack are only basic services . Vet permission form must be filled out by client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Norm is to chat with the new customer on the phone, discovering their pet care needs. I follow up with a personal visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Red Cross Pet Care First Aide, member of PSA, trained and employed by a local pet care company (which I left their employ to work with new pet owners directly), I own pets, volunteer at Southwest Collie Rescue. Back ground check completed thru axcis. I provide overnight/daily pet care, walks, and caring for the home while staying with the pet: Personal Assistant. Ann has worked closely with us since December of 2007 to help manage our house and pets (we have six cats and three dogs). Throughout her tenure as our personal assistant and pet exerciser Ann has shown an extremely high degree of responsibility in all aspects of her work.
