There were a few things that disappointed us about this business. A thourough background check was never done only a financial credit check. The credit score limit we discussed, was not adhered to. A RV was allowed to be stored on the property and plugged into the house when the lease agreement stated it was not allowed to he on the property. The monthly rent agreed upon in our contract was lowered without our approval.

I appreciate the feedback however there are some things you have stated incorrectly. A complete background check was completed on all my tenants including the tenants that were placed in Your Home. Couture Brokerage background checks include a credit report, criminal background and if there are any evictions, along with verifying income. The tenants placed in your Home had over 700 credit score, no criminal background no evictions and made a 6 figure income As for the rental price decrease was approved with the signed management contract. There was a rental price range in the contract that you approved in the beginning of the contract. As for the RV (Bus) it was parked briefly on the large area next to the house. When I asked the tenants to move the bus off property, they complied.
