- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes removal of any debris, all prep work, the product, installation, and warranty. Since each home is unique pricing varies from project to project. We do offer discounts for military and seasonal discounts too!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our sales process starts with a free in-home consultation with one of our sales representatives. They take measurements go over project specifics and provide you with a comprehensive estimate. These estimates are good for 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have 15 years of experience in the industry, each of our installers are specialized in their respective trades.
