- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started with Vivid Canvas is easy and flexible, we work around your schedule and preferences! Here's what you can expect: 1. Reach Out Your Way Contact us through our website, email, phone, or however is most convenient for you. We're responsive and easy to get in touch with. 2. Discovery Call (If Needed) If we need a little more information about your project or event, we'll schedule a quick, no-pressure discovery call to get a better understanding of your vision and needs. However, if your inquiry already includes all the key details : event type, date, location, duration and services needed — we can skip this step entirely and move straight to your quote. 3. Custom Quote Once we have everything we need, we'll put together a personalized quote tailored specifically to your project. No generic packages, just pricing built around what you actually need. 4. Booking & Deposit Happy with the quote? We'll confirm your booking with a deposit to lock in your date or project slot. 5. Planning & Delivery From there, we align on all the creative details and get to work delivering the high-quality results Vivid Canvas is known for. We respect your time and make the process as smooth as possible, every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is led by Charlie Montoya, Co-Founder and Chief Editor of Vivid Canvas, whose passion for visual storytelling started at just nine years old and never stopped growing. Charlie holds a Master's degree in Cinematography from the University of New Mexico, giving him a deep academic foundation in the art and technical craft of visual media. But beyond the classroom, he brings over 15 years of hands-on professional experience in photography, videography, and motion graphics, shaping narratives that not only look stunning but deliver real, measurable results. At Vivid Canvas, Charlie leads an elite editing team where technical precision meets creative vision, ensuring every project is executed at a cinema-quality level, whether it's a wedding, a brand campaign, a web project, or anything in between.
