- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our custom website projects start around $5,000, depending on scope, complexity, and features. Smaller projects using templates or limited page counts may be less, while more advanced websites or web applications can be higher. We also offer hourly support at a standard rate and can provide ongoing monthly support if needed. We’re always transparent about pricing and provide clear estimates before starting any work. Our goal is to deliver real value — not just a website, but a long-term solution that supports your business growth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a clear and collaborative process: 1. Discovery: We learn about your goals, audience, and project needs. 2. Strategy & Planning: Define site structure, features, and content plan. 3. Design: Create visual design and layout for review and feedback. 4. Development: Build the site or application and integrate required features. 5. Review & Launch: Final testing, adjustments, and launch. 6. Ongoing Support: Optional support, optimization, and future enhancements. We keep communication clear throughout the project and make sure you always know what to expect next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Computer Science and extensive experience in both web development and design. I’m a Webflow Certified Premium Partner, and I continually learn new technologies, including AI tools and modern web development platforms. With 30 years of professional experience building websites, apps, and digital solutions, I bring both technical depth and real-world experience to every project.
