FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs require a site visit for a custom quote which we offer for free within a 20 mile radius of Albuquerque. We offer time and material pricing as well - call or email for details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are a huge deal for us. We know and understand that first impressions last a lifetime, and sometimes that first impression is a price. More times than not, we try to set up a person to person meeting with first time customers so we can give them a custom quote. There are many unseen issues that may arise and affect pricing when all we have to go off of is a simple request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 4 year hands on apprenticeship while working for my older brother who was once an electrical contractor. He gave me a solid foundation consisting of customer service and satisfaction as well as fundamentals and training in many aspects of electrical work. I became an NM licensed journeyman in 2000 and an EE98 contractor in 2008. I have extensive work in both commercial and residential applications.
