- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My strategy is to make the customer very comfortable with my pricing since I have low overhead so I’m not charging what a big company will and I also work with the customer with a limited budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen to the customer to make sure what they are interested in accomplishing if possible their budget, answer any questions or concerns about the repairs/ project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in bobcats, front end loaders and forklift operator, I also started at a young age working with professionals in the remodeling field for about 20 years and went into apartment and hotel-maintenance to get the experience I felt I needed then in 2006 I went ahead and opened my small company and so far so good, 85% of my work is by word of mouth.
