- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep my prices completive but reasonable. I generally start with $25 for a 30 minute session, and $35 for a 45 minute session. I do rate specials if you buy packages of 6, 12 or 24 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and talk one on one and discuss your medical history, life style and goals in fitness and life. Next I conduct a body composition assessment followed by a fitness screening that includes movement and strength assessments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer with four specialties: Performance enhancement, Senior fitness, Golf fitness and Corrective exercise.I do continuing education constantly. I have current in CPR and AED training.
