Carlos Hill is an excellent home inspector. Sometimes I have buyers and sometimes I have sellers. Either way I am assured he will do a thorough job while not alarming my clients. He will point out the things that absolutely need repair or further inspection, point out the maintenance items that the buyer will need to pursue and assure the buyer that most times things are fixable. That is really important to a realtor. So many times inspectors voice their opinion as to the condition of the property instead of just inspecting and pointing out the repairs. The least little thing can scare a buyer who is not knowledgeable about home repair. I have lost deals that would be very good for my buyer because they were scared off when a few repairs would have made all the difference. I would hire Carlos again.

Pricing for residential homes is as follows: 0 - 2000 square feet $250.00 2001 - 3000 square feet $275.00 3001 - 4000 square feet $350.00 4001 - 5000 square feet $400.00 TERMITE INSPECTIONS 0 - 2500 square feet $ 70.00 2501 - and above $100.00
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Knowing the latest developments in any industry is key to providing great service. I am also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI); which requires all members to maintain at least 20 continuing education credits every year.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home inspections for homes between 1500 and 2500 square feet. Duplexes and Fourplexes have also become fairly common in recent years. Termite inspections (which we are licensed to do) are also very common.
